Privacy policy

1. Data controller

2. What we collect and why

• Contact form messages — name, email address, subject and message, so we can answer you. Legal basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in replying.
• Newsletter subscriptions — email address and chosen language, to send project news. Legal basis: consent, withdrawable at any time.
• Website statistics — aggregated, cookieless measurements (pages viewed, country, referrer). No individual profiling, no advertising, no cross-site tracking.
• Account data — for consortium staff who edit the website: email, display name and role.

3. How long we keep it

Contact messages: 24 months after the last exchange. Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe. Aggregated statistics: no personal data is retained. Staff accounts: while the person works on the project.

4. Who else sees your data

Only our hosting and email providers, acting as processors on documented instructions, and the project partners when the message concerns their country. Data is stored inside the European Economic Area; any transfer outside it would rely on the safeguards of Chapter V GDPR.

5. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Write to info@ongabarka.org; we answer within one month. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es) or to your national authority.

6. EU funding context

I-PLAY is co-funded by the European Union under Erasmus+ Sport, project 101244092 (01/02/2026 – 31/07/2027). Reporting to the European Commission and its agency uses aggregated, anonymised participation figures. Views and opinions expressed on this site are those of the authors only.
