Thirty educators tested the adaptation guide with mixed-ability youth groups.
Thirty educators from schools and youth organisations joined a pilot workshop in Kraków to test the draft adaptation guide. Groups deliberately mixed ages and abilities, and every participant took at least two different roles in each game.
The feedback reshaped the guide: adaptations now appear as short, concrete swaps rather than general advice, because that is what educators use under pressure in a real session.
